The client is a web start-up, owned by a well-travelled and passionate beach lover. They identified the gap in the tour and travel industry when it came to beach lovers. With a target niche in mind, the customer wanted to build a search directory website that would make travel bookings much more easier, faster, and convenient for all the beach lovers.

They wanted to deliver a seamless experience to users who wanted to book holiday homes near beaches. It would also act as a one-stop information kiosk for anyone planning to travel to the beach. Their main goal was to ensure that this product simplifies the entire experience instead of making it a hassle.

The Start

The client was a passionate beach lover but didn't like the hassle they had to go through while gathering information or making beach home bookings. They wanted the directory to have intelligent search and make beach travel booking as relaxing as beach vacation.

They came to us with just the idea and we started with the reserach process. Drupal became the CMS of choice and our developers build various Drupal plugins to add all the functionalities that the client needed.

The final product was lined with stay listings, intelligent search, Google maps integration, distance calculator, and more. It could easily handle huge traffic and the UX helped them achieve great conversions.
