Hubbed is an interactive online platform that enabled carriers & customers to manage their deliveries to home and reduce the number of missed deliveries. It could handle thousands of transactions daily by hundreds of partner networks & chains. Managed by their local development partner, they experienced a lack of tech strength for scaling the platform.
We started with understanding all the workflows involved to redevelop the product with minimum downtime. We engaged a team of 7, involving backend, frontend, APIs & architectures scoping easy scalability. We also managed 20 servers for the customer. The resulting system is web-based and deployed through Tablet-based and Mobile App based interfaces.
