We are happy to announce that we have launched our new product, Zonka Feedback – that aims to cater all the services-based industries, especially the hospitality and restaurant industry. Zonka Feedback is a revolutionary, new and an out-of-the-box way of collecting feedback on tablet right when the guests are still in the premise.
After much wait, we finally launched the product at The Restaurant Show 2014, UK’s leading exhibition that caters to the premium sector of the restaurant industry. The three-day event which started this Monday, October 6, 2014 at Earl’s Court, London, is where our team Zonka is keeping busy these days.
The feedback management system offers powerful reporting, intelligent insights and instant alerts. These powerful tools make life easy for those in the services-based industries. With that in mind, we knew that The Restaurant Show 2014 will serve as the perfect platform to showcase to the world how awesome our brand new feedback system for restaurant, Zonka Feedback is. And were we right! We couldn’t have been more right! We are receiving some awesome updates from Zonka team present at the event. The product received great response by many big names from the industry in the international market on the first day of the exhibit itself. We can only imagine what the remaining two days of TRS 2014 hold for us. The exhibition is giving team Zonka the opportunity to meet with industry leaders and players, to discuss with them the latest industry trends and of course to showcase our amazing Android and iOS-based feedback app – Zonka Feedback.
The vision of Zonka’s awesome feedbacks on tablet app is to turn every brand into a success story by converting its customer feedback into customer satisfaction. Our Zonka Feedback team present at stall L-02 of Earl’s Court, London is meeting many who share the same vision.
All the best team Zonka!
Like many, we can’t help but go on and on about how fabulous the new iPhones are. We have our own list of reasons why we can’t get enough of the new phone. But one reason that is an absolute favourite to us is the bigger display with Retina HD display.
For many years the rival smartphone makers had one major advantage over the iPhone – the bigger screen size. While the iPhone was stuck with a smaller screen display, the rival smartphone makers could attract different target audiences; most importantly the ones who love to spend more time playing games. Well, all these shortcomings has been overcome by the great team behind responsible for making the awesome new iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus.
Not only the gaming industry, but this advancement in the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus lends a great opportunity to all the app makers to make the most of the bigger screen. There are currently over 1.3 million apps in the AppsStore. Apple’s launch of the new 4.7 inch iPhone 6 and 5.5 inch iPhone 6 Plus does not necessarily mean that the developers will have to redo all these apps to work properly on the bigger screens of the new iPhones.
Phil Schiller, the marketing chief of Apple, in the keynote speech at the launch of the product on Tuesday revealed that the iOS 8 platform has a desktop-class scaler that allows apps to the various screen sizes. This also means that the users, for the very first time, will be able to use the device horizontally on iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus. Apart from this, iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus also has an additional functionality called ‘Reachability’, which allows the users to double tap the TouchID to pull down the notifications with just one hand. As shared by Phil Schiller in the keynote speech at the launch was that Apple is now to giving access to its M8 chips to the developers so that they can run more graphic intensive apps closer to the processor.
Phil pointed out that, all this pain of allowing the users to view and use the apps horizontally has been taken to enhance the user experience. The in-built apps in the new devices have been designed to make the most of the bigger screen. We love how the new mail box and the messages appear in the new iPhones. This sure has opened many possibilities for those in the apps development business. It’s worth noting that CNN has already working on redoing its app to make the most of the bigger screen display. In the subsequent months many will follow. So, are you too ready to make you apps iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus-ready?
Internet World 2014, Europe’s most anticipated ecommerce and marketing trade show is just three days from now. And we are excited to share with you that we have packed our bags. The 3-day exhibition is scheduled from June 17 to June 19 and the venue this time is ExCel London.
Being a well established web and mobile apps development company in London which always look for scope to expand, we aspire to exchange our knowledge with startups, learn from the experts, explore new markets, win new projects and make friends at the Internet World 2014.
We still go back to the immense learning that we received at events like Adtech, CBIT Germany and E-Commerce Expo. The memories from these events are still etched in our hearts. But our love affair with the Internet World started in 2010 and since then we have gained a lot, both in terms, of knowledge as well as customers. We, at Classic Informatics never miss a chance to learn from the experts, showcase what we got and reach out to our potential customers. And that’s precise why we cannot wait for the event to start already.
Exhibits such as the Internet World serve as a great platform that bring together business leaders, developers, digital marketers, technical experts, business development guys and the IT specialists. Not only does one get hands-on learning on each aspect of a technology-backed business, but you get to hear experts sharing their knowledge to help you get better and succeed.
This year, at the Internet World 2014, we look forward to discuss exciting new projects with new and existing clients in the following areas:
- eCommerce Solutions
- Cloud Solutions
- Enterprise Mobility
- Web Development Solutions
- On-going Support and Maintenance
Do stop by Stand Number IW248 at ExCeL London (One Western Gateway, Royal Victoria Dock, London, E16 1XL) any day between June 17 to June 19, 2014. We would love to meet you and hear all that you have to say.

See you soon, London!
Today we were at eCommerce Expo at Manchester Central. Our theme for this show was digital agencies. We were contacting many digital agencies from past couple of weeks in the north and the effort paid off. We had some great conversations at the show.
This show is much smaller compared to Internet World and it is just a one day event but it turned out to be amazing. It rained heavily in the first half which meant the crowd came in slowly. The second half of the day was really busy. We look forward to working with many partners in North.
No prize for guessing what Manchester was discussing the most. Sir Alex Ferguson retirement!
We wrapped our stand quickly and are driving back to London as we scribble this blog. Cheers!
We participated in Internet World, 2013 and had a gala time. Three busy days, some lovely conversations and exchange of amazing ideas – that sums up our time at this year’s Internet World. For those of you who don’t know, Internet World is a three-day event held at Earls Court every year. We did this show third time. While this year went quite well for us, our best experience of the Internet World was in 2010.
Internet World is divided into different sections like eCommerce, Social Media, Content Management System, Big Data, Mobile Area and few others. The show this year, as always, was full of digital agencies, product companies, hosting companies and big data companies.
Our theme for the show was mobile solutions and enterprise mobility. We took up our stand in the mobile area close to mobile theatre. Being close to theatre way gave us a good footfall. We interacted with many digital agencies, start-ups, ISVs and enterprises. Some wonderful ideas were exchanged around mobile apps!
We work extensively on content management systems and good for us that there were many CMS companies present at the show. We had some good meetings with Kentico CMS, Sitecore and many others. We got to understand their future roadmap and what is in store for development companies like us.
The show started on 23rd April and it was the busiest day. 24th April was slower but some quality conversations and meetings took place for us. 25th was busy in first half but after 1 PM it was dead. Post the show, we have a lot of meetings setup in coming few days.
We’re excited and are looking forward to adding a few new customers pretty soon :).
